This caught my eye as I perusing the aisles of M&S; dessert aisle of course! As part of their Great British Summer menu, they have made Eton Mess Dessert pots. It was the cute meringues that caught my eye. Too sweet to eat as it is, you definitely need to mix it up like an Eton mess. The creamy vanilla with the slightly tart raspberry, mixed with the crunchy slightly gooey meringues are great together. My only issue is that I don't personally like raspberry as they are seedy. The raspberry compote flavour wise is delicious but I would have preferred it if the compote had been sieved to remove the seeds, other than that delicious. Hopefully they bring out a strawberry version.
