Gu Hot chocolate souffle pots are delicious!! You can get them from supermarkets then just pop them into the oven. Once out of the oven, the top has a slight crust, revealing underneath rich, gooey chocolatey amaziness. I could easily eat two in one sitting.

These are pretty expensive normally but every so often are on offer in the supermarkets.
